Titanium Titan 6 blade 3MM

The Titanium Titan wheel is a lightweight trimming wheel crafted from Aircraft grade Titanium. The Titan is Trim-Tec’s most aggressive style wheel and is a step up from the Hog styled wheel. The Titan wheel is perfect for the professional trimmer with large work loads. The Titan provides a smooth yet aggressive cut and has the widest cut of any of our wheels. It also includes the Back cut which is a feature that allows both sides of the wheel to cut to allow contouring and trimming in between and around the toes . The Titan will trim both soft and hard hooves while resisting rock and sand. With the Titan wheel you can perform both bulk removal as well as finish work.

The Titan uses 4 sided indexable carbide inserts (3mm Ultra inserts, 3mm XD performance inserts) and has the ability to fit the following grinder sizes: 4.5 inch, 115 mm and 125 mm. The Titan wheel comes in two materials: Aluminum (see aluminum wheels page) and Titanium (Featured). The Titanium Titan provides a long lasting hardy solution while providing the same cutting experience of the Aluminum Titan. The Titanium Titan can last an average of about 3 years and can last longer depending on conditions but it is recommended to check regularly for wear and damage.
