As Trim-Tec’s most aggressive trimming wheel, the Titan represents a significant upgrade from the Hog-style wheel, designed for professionals managing large workloads. This trimming wheel delivers a smooth yet aggressive cut with the widest cutting surface among our range, making it ideal for both bulk removal and finish work.

Featuring the innovative Back Cut, the Titanium Titan Trimming Wheel allows for effective contouring and trimming around the toes with its dual-sided cutting capability. It efficiently handles both soft and hard hooves while resisting rock and sand damage.

The Titan Trimming Wheel incorporates 4-sided indexable carbide inserts (3mm Ultra and 3mm XD performance inserts) and is compatible with grinders of 4.5 inches, 115 mm, and 125 mm sizes. Available in two materials—Aluminum and Titanium—the Titanium Titan offers a durable, long-lasting solution with an average lifespan of about 3 years, depending on conditions.
