Distributor & Product Development Manager (Remote)
Title: Distributor Development Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Trim-Tec manufactures professional hoof trimming wheels, inserts, and specialty equipment used by hoof trimmers around the world. We are expanding our distributor network and product offerings and are looking for a relationship-driven professional to lead that growth.
This role combines sales, partnership development, and product discovery. You will work directly with distributors, identify new product opportunities, and help shape what Trim-Tec builds next.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with domestic and international distributors
- Identify new distributors and open new markets
- Maintain consistent communication with existing partners
- Gather feedback from the field to guide product development
- Identify additional products Trim-Tec could manufacture based on distributor feedback
- Coordinate with production on forecasts and demand planning
- Represent Trim-Tec at industry events and through direct outreach
Experience Required
- Strong relationship builder
- 5+ years in agriculture, manufacturing, or equipment sales
- Curious about product development and market gaps
- Organized and self-directed
- Experience with selling to distributors in a the manufacturing industry

Work Location: Remote. Preferably in the US or Europe
