The Titanium RimCut Trimming Wheel is a high-performance, lightweight trimming wheel made from Aircraft-grade Titanium. As one of Trim-Tec’s most versatile trimming wheels, the RimCut represents the newest innovation in the Trim-tec lineup, designed for professionals with varying workloads. This trimming wheel delivers a 180 degree cutting surface with the most aggressive cutting surface among our range, making it ideal for both bulk removal and mottling work.

Featuring the innovative Rimcut Profile, the Titanium RimCut Trimming Wheel allows for effective contouring and efficient mottling with its 180 degree cutting capability. It efficiently handles both soft and hard hooves while resisting rock and sand damage.

The RimCut Trimming Wheel incorporates 4-sided indexable carbide inserts (3mm XD performance inserts) and is compatible with grinders of 4.5 inches, 115 mm, and 125 mm sizes. Available in two materials—Aluminum and Titanium—the Titanium RimCut offers a durable, long-lasting solution with an average lifespan of about 3 years, depending on conditions.
