Aluminum Titan 6 blade 3MM

The Aluminum Titan wheel is a lightweight trimming wheel crafted from Aircraft grade aluminum. The Titan is Trim-Tec’s most aggressive style wheel and is a step up from the Hog styled wheel. The Titan wheel is perfect for the professional trimmer with large work loads. The Titan provides a smooth yet aggressive cut and has the widest cut of any of our wheels. It also includes the Back cut feature that allows both sides of the wheel to cut to allow contouring and trimming in between and around the toes. The Titan will trim both soft and hard hooves while resisting rock and sand. With the Titan wheel you can perform both bulk removal as well as finish work. \n \nThe Titan uses 4 sided indexable carbide inserts (3mm Ultra inserts, Performance 3mm inserts) and has the ability to fit the following grinder sizes: 4.5 inch, 115 mm and 125 mm. The Titan wheel comes in two materials: Aluminum (Featured) and Titanium (see Titanium wheels page). The Aluminum Titan provides an economic solution while providing the same cutting experience of the Titanium Titan. The Aluminum Titan can last an average of about 6 months to a year but it is recommended to check the wheel for wear and damage at the 6 month mark. The Titan wheel works on cow and horse hooves and can be used as a wood working wheel.
